Western Sugar Cooperative Odor Class Action

Liddle & Dubin, P.C., together with the Colorado Law Firm, Fuicelli & Lee, P.C., have filed a class action lawsuit against the Western Sugar Cooperative, the operator of a Sugar Beet facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. The lawsuit alleges that the Defendant’s facility emits noxious odors into the adjacent residential community which have interfered with its neighbors’ ability to fully use and enjoy their homes.

These odors have been observed by many residents of the area surrounding the facility and by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Odors which interfere with your ability to use and enjoy your home may constitute a nuisance to which you are entitled to compensation. You do not have to suffocate under these odors. Liddle & Dubin, P.C. has represented thousands of residents who have been impacted by problems at nearby industrial facilities.*
