Clark/Floyd Landfill Odor Emissions Class Action Lawsuit

In association with Yosha, Cook & Tisch, Liddle & Dubin, P.C. has filed a class action lawsuit against the operators of the Clark/Floyd Landfill for the emission of odors. The Plaintiffs in the case allege that the odors have deprived them of the ability to fully use and enjoy their homes. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has issued numerous violations to the landfill’s operators following countless resident complaints.

Michigan Sugar Company Odor Investigation

Odors from the Michigan Sugar Company in Bay City have become such a nuisance that a large group of neighboring residents have reached out to Liddle & Dubin, P.C. to investigate and potentially file a class action lawsuit against the company.   

In fact, odors from Michigan Sugar have become so prevalent and so overwhelming, that approximately 800 complaints from affected residents were filed with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) last year alone.  This outrageously large number of complaints prompted the MDEQ to issue 10 Letters of Violation to the company for creating nuisance odors.
