A class action settlement is pending with Metalworking Lubricants ("Defendant") in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
The lawsuit was brought by Teah Averett, Cindy Malless, Eugene and Rebecca Parsley, and Crystal Whalen ("Plaintiffs") against the Defendant seeking property damages based on claims for nuisance and negligence (no claims for personal injuries were included in the lawsuit).
